Order Fulfilment

Unless specified, most orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of the order date, excluding weekends and holidays. If we anticipate any potential delays in processing, we will notify you within 48 hours of your order. 

Shipping

We are an online store and don't have a brick and mortar store. All items will come directly from our leather studio overseas and respective manufacturers.

For leather bags: 3-10 business days worldwide

For small goods: 5-12 business days worldwide

All our shipments are insured and trackable and require a signature upon receipt.
Our packages are prepared so to avoid possible damages but please remember to sign unchecked if the parcel has been clearly damaged during transit.

Color Variance

Some items will have very slight variances to the pictured Item, and the consequence is that you can assure that each one is unique. The actual color of the item may be slightly different from the picture which is only a representation of the item’s style. The monitor used can significantly darken or change the displayed picture of the item, and there may also be some slight differences due to the hand-dying process.
