At Odessie, we only create leather products with the finest leather at a very high standard. The collection you see in our store is a product of many months of research and product testing. We are fairly confident that the products you buy from us will last a very long time. So as long as we are around, we will always take care of the products we create.

Normal Wear and Tear:

If the product breaks as a result of normal wear and tear, we will fix or even replace it for you.

Example of normal wear and tear: If you're using your bag to work and a rivet pops out, that's covered and we'll fix it.

BUT.. If you use it other than for its intended use like using it very overloaded and the strap breaks, then that is not covered.

We value integrity and honesty here so please respect it and deal with us truthfully.


Exchanges & Refunds:

Although we pride ourselves in making a really wonderful and great product, sometimes things happen and you want to return the item. We do have some conditions with regards to exchanges and refunds:

We assume responsibility for repairing or replacing defective products

If you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt of a product. The item must be in perfect condition for resale, never worn and still in packaging. Well, refund as soon as we receive the item.

Customized products are not eligible for refund or exchange.


Before you send your item back, please let us know first of the issue. Items that are sent back without any prior discussion thru email or phone will not be processed as returns or exchanges. Please communicate with us first. We are always here to assist you. Thank you.

We will only refund the shipping fee if the bag is faulty or damaged during transit.

All associated shipping fees when returning an item because you changed your mind will be payable by the customer
